Arthur/Eames AU's

Feb 23, 2012 00:59

Have been scouring the previous entries looking for historical AU's. Would love some Regency Era, Western, or Pirate fics. Also looking for Hooker fics where Arthur is the prostitute (prefer it not to be crossdressing or girlfic, just not my cup). The more explicit, the better *wink*

Thanks! Fingers crossed!

Pirates

Pray for a Stiff Wind by eternalsojourn: This is a pirate AU where Arthur is an aristocrat’s son and Eames is a pillaging pirate. Eames steals Arthur’s virtue, his father’s jewels, and though he doesn’t know it, Arthur’s stifling future.

I'd Be Under the Sea (But You Hold Me Above) by Lichaelle / Ghostie: As Arthur and Eames await their execution in the ship's hull, Eames reflects on what Arthur means to him. A pirate AU, and a rather sad one at that. [Warning: Not a happy fic! Contains Rape & character death]

Third Star On The Right by kellifer_fic: Do Space Pirates AU count?

----

Regency

they call us gentlemen thieves by la_victorienne: A job in a Regency ballroom, and something has gone wrong. [Not quite period, but it's a Regency dream setting]

His Lordship Makes a Match by jibrailis: Regency AU. Eames is a disreputable, rakish lord. Arthur is his long-suffering butler. They are inappropriately in love with each other, of course, but somehow think their love is unrequited/impossible.

----

the Happy Endings series by the_ragnarok starts with Arthur as a prostitute: Arthur is a full-service masseuse. Eames is his favorite customer.

And I've got another pirate AU: A Shot Across The Bow by five_ht. "Eames is the first mate, Arthur is the disgruntled captive cabin boy turned highly competent ship's medic (still disgruntled)."

Thank you! Don't think I've read Third Star on the Right or They Call Us Gentlemen Thieves. Shall rectify that. ;)
