BOTH FOUND! (2 Arthur/Eames fics, love potion and friends-to-lovers)
Hi y'all!
I'm hoping someone can help with these--they've been bugging me like a song stuck in your head, and you can only remember a snippet of the chorus, and it's not enough to find the rest of the fic!
The first was a short-ish (cracky) fic, I think, where Arthur (I believe) came out of the dream positively reeking of pheromones/love potion/something. Everyone tries to seduce him, but Eames is just bemused, because he knows the best way to seduce Arthur (he's the last and best at it). What really sticks out to me about this fic is there being a line about Cobb's "sexy face" = "squinty face" and then Cobb gets mad and says that's his normal face. :P
(I know of And the Doors are Open and Love You Much Better, but it's not either of those. :/ )
The other fic was part of a series, I'm almost positive, and a longer fic. Arthur and Eames are friends (maybe with benefits) but not in a committed relationship. At some point in the fic, Mal dies, and Arthur calls Eames. Eames' then-boyfriend (not Arthur) gets really mad at Eames for leaving to go see Arthur in the middle of the night; Eames promptly dumps said boyfriend to go see Arthur. (They just end up cuddling, though.) Happy ending with the boys together. :)
Any ideas?
