yesterday: day 2

1 can coke
lots of water
1 glass iced tea

½ raisin bagel plain
1 banana

tuna salad sandwich on onion bun

plain tortellini with marinara sauce and parm from a can
hearts of romaine salad with goat cheese, ½ an avocado, spices and catalina lite dressing-- i didn't have nearly enough to eat in the morning, which means i was really hungry by the time i got home from work. this is exactly what i'm trying to avoid. i want to have the larger meal in the am and the smaller in the pm, but my habits and schedule make this a challenge.
