(no subject)
I haven't gone out in weeks, and here I am just chilling in my room, talking to people on msn, listening to music, and I don't care! It feels good, actually.
Marianne wasn't in today so she got some guy from the Scandinavian department to fill in for her, and he went around the classroom having a conversation with everyone in Swedish, asking you what your name is, where you come from, why you want to take Swedish, and what other languages you speak. My answer to his third question: "Jag har några svenska vänner, och jag tycker om att lyssna på... svenska metall musik... mycket mycket!" Everyone just burst out laughing. Yeah, I'm proud.
This weekend should be dedicated to Linguistics, and perhaps I should start reading Wuthering Heights for English. Maybe even the first twenty or so pages of the Buddhism chapter for Religion too. Well whatever, point is this weekend should = lots of reading.
