Friend, and fellow hunter. Manwhore and snark buddy. The closest thing she's had to a best friend since Ash died. Used to have a crush on the idiot, but eventually decided that self-respect is better than contracting herpes from him. She's most loyal to Dean right now, since her mom's not around, and she wishes that he'd just get over the issues related to her death and would allow her to fight alongside him without feeling that he has to protect her.
Dean Winchester
Friend, and also a fellow hunter. She views Sam as being the smart Winchester, and usually turns to him when she has questions about something important. She's a little wary of his darker side, thanks to that time he was possessed by Meg and creeped on her, but overall she thinks Sam is a good guy who has a shitty life. She's pretty protective over him, and would help Dean do what it took to keep his ass safe. She thinks he needs a hair cut, a new wardrobe, and to not cry so often.
Sam Winchester
Angel, possibly Dean's secret boyfriend. Jo really admires how he holds his liquor, and likes watching him do shots. She thinks he's a little weird, but greatly respects him for who he is and how he's fighting to protect Sam and Dean. She trusts him a great deal and feels that he doesn't know what he's getting himself into. She views him as being the father of their ragtag little family, and hopes he can keep everyone in line.
Castiel
Ally, yet another hunter. Jo doesn't like that Des is essentially Dean, part two. She doesn't like that he's a hunter, that he's cocky, and that he thinks he has the best sense of humor ever. She appreciates that he can kick ass and he knows what he's doing, but she really has just had enough of cocky hunter guys in her life. She's got his back, though, if he needs it. Hunters have to stick together.
Desmond Descant
Electric girl. The first person Jo met upon waking up in the wood, Elle was injured and Jo wanted to help, but was put off by Elle's attitude. She also was freaked out when Elle was able to shoot electricity from her hands, so Jo has devoted her time to finding out what Elle is. She's on Jo's list of people to keep an eye on.
Elle Bishop
Magic kid, cocky and possibly lacking a soul. Jo thinks he's a good kid, but doesn't trust the fact that he can do magic. She's more or less afraid of his power, and wonders if he only uses it for good. She's curious about him, and wants to learn more about him. He's on her list of people to keep an eye on.
James Potter
Possible ally. Has crazy hearing, can move shit with his mind, and is a possible dark and sinister bitch that she needs to keep an eye on. There's something off with this guy, and Jo can't fully put her finger on what it is just yet. She fought the Criers alongside him, and is curious to learn more about him, but is essentially wary of what she may find out about those powers of his.
Sylar
Some guy she met at the pub. She can't tell how interesting he actually is, but suspects there's something unique about him, since everyone else she's met is "special". She'll probably be questioning him more in the near future.
