here's the low down...
I'm going to stop being a dick (I'm just going to lower the amplitude the way I express myself.)
I will stop ripping apart everyones personality and past/future decisions. I'm going to begin to accept that some people are just liars, full of exaggeration, fake, and have skewed views. I will see the good in them while acknowledging the bad. I'll just smile, enjoy their company to an extent, and be on my merry way.
I'm not going to look past people's faults that affect others; what it is, is what it is.
I'm just not going to focus too much on their lesser side.
I miss video games. The Angry Video Game Nerd and friends have made me long for the Kevin 4 years ago.
I'm going to play and FINISH these games during the summer:
- Final Fantasy 7
- Final Fantasy 9
- Super Mario: The Legend of the Seven Stars
- Jet Force Gemini
- GoldenEye
- Zelda: Ocarnia of Time
- Chrono Trigger
I'm a geek, fucking sue me.
I've had a lot of Lean into the Breeze songs that I've been meaning to record for over a year and a half. I'm going to record shitty versions of them on my computer because I can't wait for a mixer and Logic Pro any longer. Hopefully once FSC is over and done with I'll have a day or two a week to work on my stuff. I just want to record all the things in my head. Anything Acoustic, Rap, Electronica, Dance, or anything full band I come up with I want to record. Ugh... I miss My Place... well, I really miss Benson. We could honestly just get together, have 2 chords, jam for a half hour and have a semi-decent song. We were constantly trying to get better, and we always were looking ahead. We could make music with no direction except what sounded good to us. No genre, nothing too earth shattering; just decent music with its own feel. ballz.
