So. Mum put in an offer for the maisonette for me while I was at work. We went with the cheaper, closer to everything option ;P The estate agent called back to tell us the guy would accept x amount which we considered quickly and agreed.

So. The Inc, has made an offer for a base and has succeeded! All I need now is to see the solicitor tomorrow and the ball towards buying it will be rolling!
