oh Renji, my heart is breaking (and secretly hoping Orihime can pull off a miracle cure). And Byakuya! Finally, confirmation he is alive, if not so well and not very sane. Loved this chapter, cannot wait for the next one!

Oh man, Byakuya seems to be walking on a knife's edge and Renji is a monster, so harsh.

I'm dreading that something really bad is going to happen though. Like Really, really worse-than-what-the-rescue-team-has-found-so-far bad.

In the meantime, I'm glad that the current situation is inspiring sympathy as well as horror. Poor Renji and Byakuya, indeed.
