If you really weren't Reisen, then I would have been able to touch them. The Reisen I know wouldn't let anybody touch her ears.

Where to even begin?

Well for starters. Turns out that whoever runs this place is actually a little girl. They're the neighbors who live on Tohno's street. And they can make it possible for people die permanently when they are killed.

Apparently it happened to some russian guy that was here for awhile. I was droned myself too so I don't know the full story but that's what happened and he was shot by Grady too.
