Rider. What I may do from now on may endanger you too... so if you want to keep watching me, then don't interfere unless you are ready to face what I may go through as well. Brainwashings, power loss or whatever. I'm giving you this warning now because I am ready to sacrifice anything to at least bring her and other victims like Nana back.

It's obvious that the people running this town are responsible. I've tried to look up some information about this town and it's people many times but I'm through waiting around and getting no results.

I'll just find these people, confront them and then get them to agree to return the victims back to normal. All of them.

It's better than doing nothing. And I can't allow myself to do nothing at all if people keep getting affected like this, Rider. It's bad enough that we were kidnapped here but it's beyond wrong to take somebody's own sense of life and freedom away and leave them like... like this!

Someone has to do something.

Shirou. Calm down and think. We are dealing with people who not only can quite possibly use the Second Sorcery, but are capable of distorting reality to the point that they can take away Magic Circuits, unusual markings, and physical abilities. Furthermore, this place has existed for months, and other people have been here longer than either of us. People who are no more inclined to sit idly than you or I.

Confronting either the mayor or the police chief as you are now is not only pointless, but will become a setback. You will likely end up either brainwashed or having something taken away, if not both. And you will have absolutely nothing to gain from it.

If you must, ask around. Surely there is someone who was reckless enough to try what you want to do.

The people who run this place have proven that they are not perfect. When they make a mistake, then -- and only then -- is the time to strike.
