[After a day's worth of cleaning and removing the vandalized appearance of the house back to it's former proper appearance, Shirou will take a deep breath and stretch out before making his complaint.Really, Tohno. I thought you were just joking when you said that. This is more than just a little too much on the pranks. Oh well, now that's all over ( Read more... )

Criminal returning to the scene of the crime, huh? Also, there's got to be something else besides that. Isn't there other things I can do?

I did not do this.

Well, I did do something to Ange's house but that doesn't count.

You're kind of stuck doing what normal high schoolers do. There might be a spot at the grocery store...

Uh-huuuuuh. Still, whoever did it made sure that they didn't miss a spot on the house., and talk about a waste of eggs too since this would have been made into a nice breakfast.

Well in the worst case scenario, I guess I can try cutting grass every week or two. Something that would help get money coming in to take care everyone living here.

Since everyone got nailed just as bad, it's more eggs than you're thinking. I'm surprised you cleaned all this up. I got a bit lazy and left the job to the parental figures.

Wait a second, don't you have parents too? Why are you forking over money to them?

I guess I'm just used to doing tasks and other stuff that no one else likes to do, it's not that I'm bothered by it since it eventually needs to be cleaned right? Might as well do it now and get it over with.

... parents you mean by here? If that's the case, it's mainly because I've haven't even seen anyone else here besides one lady who looked liked she had her head in the clouds a lot. And besides that I was used to taking care of myself back home too, even though Fuji-nee was more of a guardian figure whenever she stopped by, but work and house chores was mainly done by myself alone and a friend whenever she stopped by too.

So it's pretty much something I've conditioned myself into doing. Not that I'll give them all my money, but something to have with me in case if something happens and I need some.

You're that kind of guy? I mean, I don't like it when people do things for me that would inconvenience them but boy, you go all out. But...it's not like you have anything better to do in the long run.

Here, yeah. Are you saying you're stuck with drones as parents? I guess I'm lucky that I have a sort of real family though I don't see my "mom" and my "dad" is ridiculously annoying. The sister isn't too bad though.

If it helps someone out in the long run, then it's not necessarily a bad thing after all. Besides, the golden rule is to treat others as you yourself would like to be treated, right? Besides... it's pretty rewarding in itself. At least to me, it is.

Well, the lady seemed normal but not the 'perfect' normal like the girl is, who is always smiling even though she sort of makes things feel awkward. As for the father figure, I have yet to meet with him. [I am not sure if the Klavier player is on hiatus or not, but drone!Yukiko is droning it up. :V]

I'm never going to be able to go with that rule just because people rarely, if ever, return the favor. Maybe if it's you, I might change my mind but most of these other people don't leave me with doubts about my decision.

Is it just me or does everything around here seem to try to be just...normal? Don't you think that's weird at all?

... but people can change. I'm sure of that, especially if you helped them from something that they had no chance of saving themselves, they can return the favor. Someone I know did exactly that and even started to get along with his sister, finally.

Now that you mention that... it does feel like that, doesn't it? Like something is forcing us to go along with it but something just isn't right about it either.

And even more don't change but there's no point in arguing over it. You can't really prove either side.

Yeah, I can almost sense something more evil behind all of that and I don't like it at all.

Hm. [crossing his arms]

You think this is from an attempted brainwash to lower our guards?

If it is, they did a pretty poor job. You're not supposed to suspect brainwashing after being brainwashed.

Then I guess that means we are the lucky ones that noticed that something was wrong here. But noticing that something is wrong isn't going to change anything unless we do something about it.

You're right. I'll have to think on that one...

If you happen to get an idea... then let me know. I'll do what I can to help others here so things like that won't happen again. Even if I was too late to save the girl who lives as my sister here, it will continue to remind me that I can't give up on saving others while there is still a chance.
