Last night, I found out something personally disturbing about the recent murder in Park Ridge. The man that was shot and killed used to live directly across the street from me. He and his wife moved a few years ago to where they were living when it all happened. No wonder I felt like I recognized his name in the paper. It's incredibly sad and also freaks me out just a bit.
