Ok, where do I start. Last night I went to the Incubus concert in New Orleans. It kicked ass. The only thing I didn't like was that they didn't play either of the only two songs I wanted to hear them play. But it was cool. I saw alot of people I knew. I saw the crew from Michael's in Moss Point, Roy from Atomship, Bo from Best Left Unsaid, a couple people that work at Solar Control, Annabelle, and some girl that I barely know Amber. But overall, it was a good concert.
I decided to paint one of my guitars. I painted it black, and it's looking pretty good so far. I've just gotta wait for a few new parts to come in then I'll be able to put it all back together. My band is looking for a bass player, because our other one moved to Pennsylvania, but we have someone playing bass with us until we find one, so we'll still be playing gigs all around. We have a Battle of the Bands at USA this Saturday. Then we're playing BAYFEST next friday Oct 1st from 6:45 to 7:45 on the Pepsi stage, then on Oct. 9 we're playing at a place called the Cell Block on Dauphin St. in Mobile. So that's 3 Mobile gigs 3 weekends in a row. Should be pretty cool. I'd post more, but there's stuff I have to do, so I'll finish later.
