Cannon Draco and cannon Hermione go through shit and quite realistically develop into rather different people than who they were. Not necessarilly a good change either. The Griffindors and Sltherins declare war without them, and Hogwarts turns into a rather nastier place than it has been. Not as dark as I'm portraying it, but oh-my-golly this girl knows how to do horror. Again, there's not too much of it, just a scene here and there...but really really freaky when she pulls it out. Reminds you just how alien this whole magic world thing is.
