Wow, they sure require a lot of information... passport number? Credit reference beyond bank? Other incomes, RRSPs and Investments? I really do not think they need all this information to make a decision. Some of this is quite private info that in my opinion, a landlord really does not need to know about.

Yes, monthly income, references from previous landlords, employment info etc,

But I really do not think that my driver's license number and passport number are pertinent...
