My portable water-spraying fan broke and I find myself overheating in its absence. Short of dragging around a bucket of icecubes around, which I shall inevitably throw at people passing by, what are people's recommendations for staying cool

It may make me uncomfortable as some of those icons are quite personal. And I can't say I've seen all of your new icons.

I create wind, I don't turn myself to ice. Even with a breeze around us, pressing that tightly together would be uncomfortably hot.
