I think it can. One of the reasons I was so productive is that I went to bed at a decent hour and avoided sugary snacks. First the coal, then the flame.

yeah, Jaimmee pointed out that i've been sick for three weeks and then had a huge party, and that maybe i just really needed a day of "resting"
