are any of you vegan, or veggie at least? i need some help.
i had another nasty bout of food poisoning lately and have decided to re-vamp my eating habits. my research has easily put me on the vegan path. there's just a few things that i need to restrict as well that seem to be "staples" in vegan recipes i am finding. i need to also cut wheat, salt, garlic, anything from the onion family, and be cautious with the soy. any tips?
