Do you ever feel stuck in the midst of stagnant energy that's as solid as concrete and nothing you do seems to move it or change it?
Try this refreshing exercise: go to a place outside where you feel comfortable. It could be your own back yard, a public park or garden, or even the parking lot of your favorite shopping mall. (It's best if the place is somewhat quiet and peaceful, however, so the mall might not work during peak shopping hours.)
Walk around this place slowly and deliberately for a few minutes, paying attention to each step you take. Clear your mind of cluttered thoughts and settle into a state of calm inner peace as you walk. When you feel centered stop walking, lift your face to the horizon in the distance and mentally call forth a wave of fresh new energy to invigorate your life.
Be specific about the type of energy you want to attract, such as financial abundance, job opportunities, a new relationship, and so on. Let your heart fill with joy and excitement for the new opportunities coming your way. Feel this brand new energy flowing over and around you, attracting more of everything you desire.
Then continue with your normal routine, feeling refreshed and invigorated - and optimistic about the possibility of change.
