I'm officially down 125 lbs since July. Scott and I have been slacking on updating our blog www.beariatric.tumblr.com but just know we are in great health and mind.

This was 3 weeks ago. Size 44" jeans I'm currently in 40"'s . Went from wearing 3-4xl tees to an XL. Wild... just wild.
