i need knee Surgery

yeah so today at work i was carrying a furance in the house im working at and all of a sudden i feel this sharp fucking pain go throw my knee, like some on Stab me in the knee, and then 2 sec later i drop str8 to the ground in pain and agony, i have never felt that much paiin before, even when i fuck my left knee up, its not getting good, for me not at all., then later on that day i was back to mah van to go get somethign and i could feel pain in both my knees, it was just getting worse and worse the more steps, i took, i much have been like 2 inch from my van then all of a sudden i felt a sharp pain go throw both my knees, and 2 sec later they gave out and i drop to the ground in pain, i seriouly couldnt move for like 1/2 of hour, it took me like 10mins to get up and steady mah self so i could try to walk to the van, then i drop again, i had to just sit there and chill for abit intill i could walk, bit i still got the pain in mah knees, and just walking around i can feel my knees givein out, they cant hold my body weight anymore, and it sux cause i cant get nothing done intill my 90 days is up at work, so i hacve to deal wit the pain and wait to get them operated on, i dont know if i will last cause its just getting crazy, how long do you think i can really take this much pain? im going to end up in a wheel chair i can see it now.. cause its just no good
im fallin apart and cant do a damm thing about it.
