Once I start reading, I can't stop.
Even [or especially] when I know that I have loads of homework.
It's a dangerous disease.
Right now I'm reading The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time, by Mark Haddon.
Genius.
It's hilarious.
This part made me laugh, I'm not sure why:
"Then I sniffed the air to see if I could see what the air in the garden smelled like. But I couldn't smell anything. It smelled of nothing. And this was interesting, too."
I wish I could find nothing, interesting.
It seems like most of the time we all need so much to be entertained.
In other words, being "high-maintenance."
The ability to find joy in the smallest thing is something I strive for.
My kittens are definitely helping. :)
