Ran little late this morning and had to resort to buying breakfast. But I still came in under budget
I don't know if I feel any better with my recent improved diet. The tricky thing with this is that there isnt any self assessment to accurately gage improvements over time. Though there is a placebo effect where I know I am being more healthy and thus feel healthier.
Though I am welling to wager my wellness has in fact improved over the past two weeks if I underwent a full physical evaluation at the doctor's.
Dropped down to 148lbs.
