just kidding they don't. but they haven't been the swellest things ever so far. can't people just be normal and nice and not full of bullocks? seriously, i just like a bit of honesty. HONESTYYYYYYY IS SUCCCCH A LONELY WORDDDDD, EVERYONE IS SOOOOO UNTRUUUEEEEEE, BOWBOWBOW!! 10 points to whoever guesses that that is from without consulting google.com. but yes. (side note, that song is one of the saddest songs yet most favourite ever so i was SO excited..)
anyway, to deal with frustrations last night, i sat there for about an hour and sang along at the top of my lungs to the dashboard confessional MTV unplugged cd. oh my god it is so kickass. seriously, even if you dont know the words or whatev, download a bunch of songs, look up the lyrics online and scream along. you give yourself a headache but feel slightly calm afterwards. ANYWAY there is a point to this story. as if on cue, this morning i read the paper and open up hit magazine and in there is an interview with chris carraba himself and then that reminded me that I had a bunch of photos that i got from veronica which i love and never posted, which I'll do now:

Nica and Tim, the creepy tour manager who rubs your shoulders etc.
Us and Chris and random asian chick who was so nice but so random cause I don't know where her friends were and stuff.
AND LEADING ON FROM THAT. it reminded me of a myspace comment i got the other day from Coz slash Mr. Mark Awesome himself being like HOPE TO SEE YOU SOOON and on nica's page left one saying he thinks he's coming back in a few months. SO I AM SOOOOOO EXCITED. seriously, that guy was the most fun and just the bomb and really cute too. so combine all that and you're left feeling quite cheery.
AND THEN!!!!!! i kept flicking through hit magazine and see George Michael has a new cd out. Basically a best of, from Wham! to now. And they gave it 5 stars cause OBVIOUSLY GEORGE MICHAEL IS AWESOME. and the review included a nice line at the end 'listen to this cd without judgement and enjoy it'. So this means I think JB Hi Fi needs a visit from me.
So there. Even when things are a bit crap, there is always good shit in the world that will make you happy. Such as music and good people. HAVE A SWELL DAY AND ENJOY THE LACK OF HAIL!
