happy 2006
wow, yesterday was a handfull for sure.
started off with getting my doberman pinscher.....i wouldnt touch that breed with a 10 ft pole now. she wouldnt let us have a puppy. she said for a first time dobe owner...we should have an older one....maybe one who might have a past...
bshh i think having a puppy would be easier...they dont know any other authority besides you.
so we got the next youngest dog there. shes 1 yr old and i was the first to take her out of her cage, so she took to me immediately. she was real skiddish of my dad, but we took her anyways.
YEA....in the car on the 2 hour drive home...the dog wakes up from a nap and suddenly tries to kill my dad. no exaggerating...showing teeth and all, i had to hold her back. apparently it was trying to protect me since it was practically wrapping its body around my neck like a cat. my dad couldnt utter a sound or make any sudden move the entire way home without her starting to growl again. she wouldnt take her eyes off him the whole time. very attentive.
so DEDE finally gets home...runnin around scopin out everything. she wont let me out of her sight. talk about a baby,geez. she wont PEE without me. and i actually had to take her in the bathroom with me so i could pee. gaurd dog to the fuckin max. even when i was gettin ready in the bathroom, there she was...every 2 seconds poking her head in to see if i was still in there.
she randomly lost it again in the house. me and my dad were lookin at her while she was in the guest room and she just took a leap at my dad. i hurried up and shut the door and she ran right into it. i was afraid to open it, she was like beating it down.
yea, we took her back. its crap cuz she was beautiful. but god only knows what her past was with men.
after that i went over katonas for the new years party. that was SO much fun. it got a little crazy towards the end of the night...everybody was plastered, wallets were getting stolen, groups of people nobody knew were showing up, and people were making out with people they would never go near if they were sober. haha. for me, it was amusing. i got to see a lot of people i havent seen since high school too.
this morning was just as crazy. we were woken up with the news that a drunken john hacket turned up missing and Mrs. Katona still had his car keys. but other than that, ive never been this hung over in my life, and it took us all like 2 hours to eat breakfast. haha. i seriously love my friends. at this point i dont know what id do without all them in my life <3
but other than all that. its 2006. happy new years. =)
