Yes, I'm still alive. And Ouran!
Mou, have I really not posted anything in a month? I also haven't done any writing in weeks. And I was planning on typing some ofic up over Christmas, but that hasn't started happening. I did write a death scene with some shounen-ai, and I had entirely too much fun doing it. (A few of my friends and I have this thing where we give each other prompts, and then we write death scenes with them. . . Yeah, we're weird.) And I misjudged two people--one by initially not asking her to read it, and the other by letting her read it at all.
Last weekend I splurged and watched the entire Ouran anime. All 26 episodes. What's this life I hear you speak of?
It was cracky and silly and there were shoujo sparkles. And I. Loved. It. All the characters are fun, but I think Kaoru's my favorite. And twincest--I positively adore the idea. I went on a manhunt for ficcage and fanart, and I was well-rewarded. ^_^ (The list of goodfic was not exhaustive, but I can post links if you'd like.)
Tamaki/Kyouya is cute, but the thought of Haruhi with anyone hasn't quite done it for me--she's so clueless inasmuch as romance is concerned. But I really like her as a character.
And seriously, Episode 4:
Twins: But Kaoru is the seme in this script. . .
Haruhi: What do you mean, seme?
Twins: If you don't get it, you don't need to know.
