University of Guelph Hunger Week Date Bumped Up to February 5th - 9th
Aiiieee!!! Uh, apparently the U of G hunger week event is going to be happening two weeks earlier than anticipated, which is a bit stressing. We should discuss whether or not such a timeline will actually be achievable on Monday.

There's never a bad time to work on something like this! If you have some spare time in between class or you just finished cooking yourself an excellent dinner, take a bit of time and reflect about something that you might want to put in an upcoming FIG zine. Recipes, questions or info about food issues you've raised or been wondering about, and DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS OF HOW TO BURN DOWN GMO RESEARCH FACILITIES are all welcome. Except the last one, you should keep those plans for yourself + your friends.
Supermarket Tour Preperation Time
I am going to try and put aside a bunch of time on Wednesday night to take care of prepping a lot of work for the supermarket tour, such as making speaking parts for those interested and throwing together some zine style formatting. I should be in the OPIRG office from 3-7 or so, feel free to come in and join in the revelry!
Opirg's HXC movie time: Lunch with FIG + video
The idea behind this concept is that every working group at opirg is having a day where they show a film relating to the issues we're dealing with. Pretty snazzy idea. Any suggestions about films relating to food issues would be soooo welcomed, I can't really think of any.
