Flatmate hunting season!
Right, its flatmate hunting season! *cue loony toons theme song* And I'm looking for a new flatmate!
Originally, it was going to be 2 flatmates, but found one today, just need a 2nd one now!
There's an ad up on spareroom.com for room no.1, which has been taken (pending paperwork and references). But Room no.2 is still available. Pardon the housemate's mess... but this is the 2nd room.
Its a normal sized double room (as opposed to the one in the ad that's a master room... and mine which is the original lounge converted to a room), going for £700/m + bills which averages about £110-£120/m including a cleaner every week. It has build in wardrobes, but you may have to buy over the bed & chest of drawers from current housemate. The TV isn't staying, but we have one in the living room. S currently just hooks it up to her laptop for streaming as there's no TV socket in the room. Not sure whether mirror is staying or going though...
Deposit is £1020 (1/3 share of 6 week's rent for the entire place), plus agency referencing + admin fees. I have no idea how much those are since they've recently changed their fee structures and I can't work out what they're now charging for changing names on a lease.
Available end of Oct/early Nov.
