Get the 21MB file if you can play that. It's much smoother and just easier to watch. The 8MB file, while generally ok, is a bit jerky at points. I'm in the process of uploading the bigger file to my server, but due to bandwidth limits, please use the sendspace link if possible and comment if you download from link 3.
