After 15 years, my cat Gus is dead.

If you know me well, you know he was as close to me as any person ever was.

I feel so numb it's not even funny . . .

He was the best animal I've ever known, and I don't think I will ever stop missing him.

I'm gonna stop typing before I start to cry.
