I can in no way describe the devastation I have seen in the past few days. The bodies of countless people. I can still smell that stench of crude oil, rotting garbage, and death. It's odd not to hear helicopters all the time, and eat something besides MRE's. Thank you to all who have prayed for me while I was away. I would say that my dreams will be haunted with these images for years to come. I'm so thankful now that I live where I live, and if need be, have the means to flee from this place in time of danger. We found those who didn't have these things. No way to flee what you know will kill you. I can't stop shaking. I will put pictures up on my photo bucket soon, but I must say that they are hard to look at, but it's the truth of what is going on where we were. I got to see the president as well... from a distance. I also had to shoot two dogs who were attacking the search and rescue team we were with. I'll tell anyone who wants to hear more, more than you want to know... just ask
