So this is my first post from Grove City. I moved in yesterday morning so I just spent my first of many many nights here I guess. EVerything seems pretty cool so far. I live in Hicks Hall (lol) second floor center. My room looks out over the roof of the cafeteria attached to my dorm (but I still have to walk outside to eat). Not the best view but my window has no screen so I will be spending a lot of time on the roof as long as the nice weather lasts. My roomate's name is Dan and he seems pretty cool. He has lots of music and movies which is pretty cool. There seem to be some other great guys on my floor. Yesterday I had to go to a bunch of the most boring meetings I have ever been to in my life, there was also a dance at the end of the day but it was really hot (temperature wise) and not really my thing. Today I have at least 4 amazingly long and dull meetings to attend. Then yet another picnic tonight and then a movie out on the quad. I am typing this on my brand new state of the art laptop which is pretty cool. I brought my computer from home too so I am pretty well set. I like it here, the only thing that bothers me is that in my free time I have nothing to do really, although I am sure that will be changing very soon as classes start monday. I miss you all but I am still extremely accessible through the computer. Life is full of so many weird things and I am most definately in a transition right now. Who knows maybe I will learn something new. Feel free to IM (InHisImage314), e-mail me (mchaves22@yahoo.com or chavesmj2@gcc.edu), or give me a call on my cell.
