Cloud, Tifa, Ky, Roderich and everyone else. I'm sure you probably all figured it out, but those men, the ones in white, don't trust them. Don't do anything they say, and most of all--
[There's a muffled sound and muddled voices in the background. Aerith stops for a few seconds, and when she speaks again her voice is very soft.]
...I hear knocking.
...Are they back..?
[There is another somewhat longer pause. When she comes back, she's still whispering.]
..I think they're gone. Anyway, I'm not moving from this house. If you want to find me, look under a place that would remind me of you to get to me. Otherwise, I.. I don't want to go out there...
[Aerith is going to be locking herself quite tightly in her own room, wanting nothing to do with the men that injected her the last time. Death by cyanide will definitely do that. It's also fairly logical that she doesn't remember anything that happened during her episode, so no Zack, she won't remember that you were there :(]
