Allen wasn't having a good day. In the course of a couple of hours, he'd nearly been hit by a car, learned he'd been kidnapped from his time period, forced to impose on a nice man and max him out on his insurance...

And now this. THIS took the cake.

A casual glance to the sky had revealed a large foot descending directly over Hisoka's car. Quickly, Allen invoked his innocence and sliced through the door, a task made difficult by the restricted space. He barely had time to catch his breath as he stumbled out of the car, hearing a loud metallic CRUNCH behind him. Looking back, he saw the twisted wreck of what had been a blue sedan.

The sound of screaming and an inhuman roar drew Allen's attention back to the humongous gorilla, and the exorcist immediately knew he had to stop it before it destroyed half of New York. Eyes narrowed, he got up, adrenaline fueling his desperate run, claws poised at the ready to deliver damage. He jumped, using a nearby wall as leverage, before-

A vise-like grip caught him off guard, as giant hands snatched him mid-jump. Allen grimaced as they tightened, a small whimper of pain escaping.

Dammit. He had the worst luck.
