Why I work out
This is Arnold Schwarzenegger in 1987.
And this is him aged 63.
This lies in wait for every single one of us men, and presumably women as well. No matter how much you look after yourself, no matter how much exercise you do, at some point your body goes 'Hey, I probably shouldn't still be alive if it wasn't for all this civilisation stuff, I'm tired of holding everything together. Hey, you muscles? You're gone. I'm drafting in some flab. Much easier, it just flows'.
I might have 10-15 years before that process starts, so I intend to make the most of it.
