Ulquiorra Cifer, I don't even know why I liked you as much as I did. You had the expressiveness of a brick and the emotional intelligence of a lobotomized monkey on tranquilizers. A list of all your personality defects could have filled up a book.
But that is all irrelevant.
You were the only character I have ever liked in Bleach; you were the only reason I was reading it. I liked your rationality, your restraint, your composure, your dignity, your curiosity. You had pretty hair and pretty eyes and a soul so flawed it made me ache. And when you stood there, walking mess of contradictions as you were, and tried to reach out for something that you probably didn't even know you were longing for, I don't think I ever loved any fictional character more. Heaven rest your soul. I couldn't forget you even if I tried.

In terms of art, prettiest movie I've ever seen. But don't expect heartwarming, Studio Ghibli-esque scenes. Involves ultraviolent orphan boys, yakuza, overt symbolism, and some borderline creepy dreamscape soul struggles.
