my love/hate relationship with the holiday season

i love the holidays.....i love all the lights, the music, the food, the get-togethers with friends and family but i hate the whole: "the average person gains 7 pounds during the holiday season." and it isn't only me who hates it. i swear i saw at least a dozen people out on the roads this morning at 8:45, young and old, man and woman alike running. like heidi klum once said....i wish that i could pay someone to lose the weight for me......ick ick ick.
