merry xmas!
Within five weeks I traveled Vietnam for two, worked too many hours only to find out it’s not going to take me anywhere, spent five days in NYC, and most of last week sick in bed.
Friday I went to work because I couldn’t stand hanging around at home anymore. It turned out to be a weird day filled with a few happy and sad stories I probably wouldn’t have noticed had I gone through it at full speed.
Saturday I did my last minute Xmas shopping, prepared the four course dinner for Sunday, and spent some more time in bed.
Sunday I overslept, which left me with two hours to wrap the presents, put up Xmas decoration, finish the cooking, and get myself ready for half of my family to come over.

In all the hassle we put ourselves in, maybe this is the moment to stop spinning for a moment, take a deep breath, look around, and see what’s there.
