Back at school.

After some debates and trying to get them to understand that I meant to graduate, the German dept finally recomended that I take a class that does not exist. How, you might ask, does it not exist?
Well, I shall tell you.

It had a time, and a teacher, but no room. The professor teaches my German Culture course, so I asked him: "Where does this other class of ours meet?" and he said "I don't know." "Well, should I come today to this course or just go home?" "Oh, just go home. I'll email you." I go to sign up for the class online, and, not too much to my amasement, it is not there. Ah. The pieces are falling together. Online glitch. No one else is signed up for the class because... it does not exist. This would be funny if I didnt need said class to graduate with my minor.

I did get an email from him though. A week ago I did not have an independent study in exoticism in German text and film. Now I do. Some serious "one-on-one" time ahead with a fellow who signs his emails "I remain, very sincerely yours"
