[And for the record she'll be at the school's gate twenty minutes before the appointed time, but she can't help it. It's always better if she waits rather than making the professors wait. She's holding a notebook she has been using to do exercises she remembers from back home and Whiskers, who will have to be left at home or something, she's sure of it but today she needs it with her, that plush is her security blanket since Adell gave it to her.]

No, not at all. The building was already here. Very few buildings were actually put up by the residents themselves.

It was always a school building, but no one really paid it much mind until after Professor Gelda and I took an interest in it. [There also had been that business with Carol, the "original Filial" that had been taken by John, but she doesn't think its relevant to mention at this time.]

To be fair back in those days things were more hectic at times, and it took us a while before we truly got organized the way we are now.

[She's honestly surprised and she can't even start to imagine how it could have been. And if she tries she'll probably come up with something more along the lines of a post-apocalyptic place than the village as it is now-]
