Did anyone notice anything peculiar Monday night? Any strange sensations, almost as thought you'd never be happy again? Did the power go out? Did it get cold all of a sudden?

I saw strange ghost like apparitions in various places throughout the city.

There was some guy pretending to be the Human Torch, but he didn't have a cape or spandex. He could however light up like a glow worm.

I'd say that is pretty peculiar.

I'm not sure. I think he wanted to show them what he was worth.

It's also possible he wanted to kill one of those cloaked figures floating around the city. It worked. The glowing made the figure disappear.

Now that I think about it he might have been radioactive.
