You shouldn't be so harsh on yourself, I think. c; Hmm. I avoid the word "perfect" like the plague when it comes to these things since everyone has their own interpretations and such. But... considering Ninja High is a highschool(crack)!AU, naturally there's going to be some differences from his canon counterpart - and you've made the transition really well!

We've had a couple of Narus in the past, and it's pretty amazing how you can pick up the little nuances in characterisation. Have to admit... yours? He's exactly how I imagine a NH Naruto to be! I only wish I could be a better Hinata for you because asdlkj I clam up and stop thinking whenever she has to talk to him and then get too nervous to reply and then I feel bad for leaving it and SOB I'M WORSE THAN SHE IS.

ANYWAY. You said something about being worried about how he speaks? (I forget, so forgive me/ignore this if I'm wrong!) Her stuttering, oh, er, ah, etc. is something maybe I get overly self-conscious about. You're always wondering: is this too excessive? Does this go here? But I like how you pull it off - his speech is pretty realistic with the pauses and-... stuff. xD It's not like Naruto's a particularly verbose person anyway. Less talk, more action, hey? When reading his tags, I can practically hear his voice coming through. :D

And now trying to think of any kind of. You know. Concrit. Uhm. My only concern is that I kind of feel the Sasuke/Naruto relationship is going a little too quickly-? Then again, I missed a heap of posts, so most likely a great deal of interaction has happened and I simply haven't caught up yet. And there's a lot of assumptions that things have happened like... turning up at houses every afternoon, so I suppose their relationship has been built up on those moments too! S-so don't take me seriously, okay?

This turned out significantly longer than I expected. Oops. u___u (This whole comment is pretty pointless now that I think about it. Oh well.) Basically to sum it all up: you're doing a great job, keep it up! Really grateful to have you here. \o/

I sort of would have loved to explore Naruto's feelings about everyone a little more - but the way it's gone with Naruto and Sasuke-- eh, was obviously sort of pre-planned but we put a lot of faith in the fact that they'd been friends before, I guess.

Pleeeaaaase don't feel bad about Hinata! I would love to have Naru spend more time with her, because I really think he likes her, and spending time would be awesome. If you wanna bat ideas about I'd be more than happy to-- my fear at the moment has been that I'm in on everything, and taking the 'limelight' everywhere I post, and it bothers me a little - I guess we all have our worries, but I think we could have some real fun with the two of them. (Heck, with everyone!)

There's no need to worry. The Sasuke and Naruto was a given, I think. c; I'm interested to see how that will progress further! Waa, and I would be so happy if Naruto and Hinata could do spend some time together. Maybe with Sasuke too! They have not really met in person, so Naru could introduce them properly and do something fun! /does not acknowledge each other's existence properly in actual series aslkdj

As for stealing the limelight? You are fine. It's kind of difficult not to with the main character badge - he's the centre, all these connections with everyone else! And if you mean how well those two have kind of integrated themselves in with the rest of the students so easily? The Sai-Gaara-Sasuke-Naruto soap opera or whatever Draggy dubbed it? Lys and Draggy are very active and a lot of other people are preoccupied at the moment, so in a way I suppose it can't be helped. And I don't feel like any of you are closing yourself off from other potential CR - the opposite in fact. Which is a good thing! M-maybe you are concerned about being 'in' on everything, but I kind of think of it as giving everyone a chance? Sometimes people can seem very selective, only talking to certain people. But what I am really happy about it that everyone interacts indiscriminately. You all are such a nice bunch, ahaha. ;;
