i went to CT the weekend before Christmas. i really have to say...i love my relationship with Joe (lexi's dad). he is seriously my best friend. it's incredible how close we could be after everything we've been through. i appreciate him so much. i had a wonderful Christmas. i love my family and it honestly irritates me how i really only see my dad's side of the family for holidays and funerals. well, i see my aunt sharon and aunt tobey and timmy and his kids more frequently...but everyone else is strictly holdiays and funerals. blah. lexi enjoyed her presents...and my brother bill made mikey and my christmas amazing. got us a flip video which i fully intend on putting to good use with lexi and everything she does. especially with joe being so far it's enlightening to know i can make videos of her and send them to him. i loved having home videos of my brothers and i growing up so i'm so thankful lexi is going to have the same to look at when she is older.

i need to get this girl potty trained. ugh.

i spent about four hours reading through old journal posts the other night. i love myself. hahahahaa.
