I broke 4 eggs this weekend.
i took a trip to the antique depot
and the flea market

I stopped to intently stare at some ceramic dragons to hear this entire conversation.
classy bunch.
I woke up this morning
to tickle fights
wearing boys underwear.
that was the best part of my day.
and when you wake up to the best part of your day it just leaves the rest of the day in its shadow.
My sister Amanda is having a baby boy.
My family is growing rapidly.
Peyton is their name of choice.
Which, when I hear that name I just think of that football guy.
Hmm...
the new semester, is so far so good.
Im in a new major...not new to me but to the campus.
And in this major is like 10 others.
All of which are in all of my classes
its kind of cool.
Classes are small and projects are interesting.
I write a lot.
Usually not on here.
but in sketch books
and journals
or margins of other books.
but somehow I feel like i have so much left to say.
I wonder where that will end.
If I could wish for one singular thing right now it would be
no doubt in my mind
*someone to be spontanious with*
If im up at 4 after a restless night and say...hey lets do this
or in the rain...lets play
on a friday-lets go away for the weekend
on a monday...lets sleep in.
in the middle of the city..lets dance
ill sing.
i have to work. its getting late. we dont have the money. there are people around.
I dont want to hear these things so much.
i want to hear...
i understand. ill pack a lunch. lets stay longer. let em stare.
so each year i try to give it a title.

I'll let you know next year how proactive this year has been.
Im taking baby steps.
I've actually picked up my camera for the first time in months.
to capture more than just mckenzie poking around at cheerios
or someone blowing out birthday candles
again...
baby steps.
ive been doing a whole lot of daydreaming lately.
leaning towards wayy too much thinking
thats all ive got for now.
