(no subject)
so i don't have a blood infection, but i do have a serious infection in my foot. thank christ for antibiotics, i could fit a shoe on my foot for the first time in 2 days.
i am moved in, and *mostly* set up. it's pretty woderful here. especially since christine is comming for break!! and maybe shelly and tom? and meg? (please oh please?)
so, what is the point of having 32 gigs of music on my ipod, if i can't decide what to listen to?
looking at community developement internships, there are SO MANY. i can do this.
my landlord is so wonderful, he brought beds, a desk, and furniture for us, and left us a pantry full of rice and vegetarian meals.
his car is painted with paint pens with messages like "veterans against bush" and "money for social services, not war!"
jealous?
i miss friends in michigan. being here reminds me of just how hard it was to adjust to Hope and the midwest in general, and how crazy it actually is that i ended up in holland. all of it really almost never happened, and i am such a different person for the fact that it somehow did.
