Unexpected 22 years old, Sam is a single father after a drunken night in college. The mother of his child abandoned their baby on him at birth after not telling Sam of her existence. With only his name on baby Zoe's birth certificate, he had to face up to a lot of responsibility all at once. Now, with her 3 years old he's trying to build a life for them. Renting an apartment in New York, he part time works as a model (low budget things) whilst working in a Comic Book store. There, he runs into Rachel Berry who threatens to shake up his entire world.
