A) write a journal knowing that they wil add the edit at a certain time, then wait and add it
B) write journals with an edit, that isnt really nescessary

Who the hell uses capslock?
if you want to CAPITALIZE something you hold down the shift key like everybody else(me)
then after you type something, you have to delete it, because there is no un capitalize button
