Have you ever gone on a tangent during conversation? Do you find yourself doing this a lot? Do you find them annoying? Tell us all about them- or take an RP challenge and go on a random tangent with someone.

Are you serious? No. NO WAY. I always stick right on course when it comes to conversation. I mean, if we're talking about something, it must be something important, right? So why go off on something completely unrelated? That'd just be rude. Much like talking on your cell phone in a restaurant. I mean, if we wanted to hear the details your business transaction or your sister's best friend's unplanned wedding, we'd ask! And people talk so loudly, too, like they're not quite sure how cell phones work and they need to talk SUPER LOUD to make sure the other person hears them. I thought that was just a wizard thing. I also really hate those walky-talky cell phones, the ones where you have to click on and off to talk. Seems like the sound quality wouldn't be very good, either. Although I guess maybe they're better than normal cell phones, because now at least I get to hear BOTH sides of the conversation.

I try to cut down on them, because it can be annoying, I know, but although I recognize the value of the original topic, aren't you interested in learning more about how my mind works? AREN'T YOU??
