Going home was the best thing for me....it was exactly what i needed
I went home Thursday after deciding I hated being im Mt. Pleasant. Went up to Sammys around 9 then went putt-putting with Mark....had a good time....its fun to hang out with people younger than me (which is like never)
Friday, I worked from 9-2 then went home cut the grass and re-organized my closet and room since my mom is moving me outta it. Then I got all gussied up to go out to eat with Thaffar, Mike, Mark, Jaime, his wife and son, Ashleigh and Kenny. Went to an italian resturant....it was pretty good. Left with Mike and Mark, went to the gas station so Mike could fill up his 140 gallon tank of diesel fuel....nothing like being at a gas station for a half hour. Went back up to Sammys and left with Mike. We tried going to Bullfrogs somewhere on Telegraph (around 7 mile maybe?!?)....ya, that didn't work out...they wouldnt even stamp my hands....I hate being 20. Went back to his house for a few and Joe and Laura came over-chilled with them for like a half hour and then went to Sideliners(?) bar where I could actually get in. Kinda sucked though cause we got there at 11:30 and they were doing last call cause it was dead. It was nice to catch up with Mike....we talked about a lot of stuff.
Saturday, I helped my mom get the house together and picked up for Ryan's 1st birthday party. All the family came over which was pretty fun. Then went to Mikes for a bonfire-saw a few friends I hadn't seen in a while and the new owners of Sammys. Definetly had a good time burning stuff we found in the shed. Spent the night there....went to bed around 3:45, havent done that in a while.
Sunday, took a nice long nap and packed up my stuff to come back up to school. It was nice going home and getting away from everyones bullshit up here. It was exactly what I needed....no online, no instant messanger, no bullshit.
I cant wait for this coming up month and for this school year. I am making myself a promise to make it the best year yet. I really miss chilling with people I lost touch with. I hope everything this year will be great and I will meet new people and just have fun.
On that note, im going to make speghetti....another thing that always puts me in a good mood :)
