The place I moving into like I said earlier is trashed. At the same time I have been given free reign to do within reason what I want with it. Now the problem lies here. The person I am renting from is a friend of mine, but they them selves are renting the whole building from somebody else. So I am subleasing I guess. Now if the person I am renting from one day stops renting them I am in a bit of a jam or if they are not able to pay their rent then I am pretty much screwed. Considering I am planning on putting a lot of work into this, I do not want to turn around and get tossed out within a year because some one else can not make their rent. But that person is a friend and I do not want to get stuck in a position having to take that person to court so their are the horns of my dilemma.

This is a horror story I don't want to be inside.-The Creepshow
